Once you receive your equipment, your 12-month rental agreement will commence.

What should I consider when choosing commercial refrigeration?
- Consider whether your commercial refrigeration will be generating revenue in your front-of-house, or maximising productivity in your back-of-house operations.
- With upright fridges and freezers for example, this will determine whether you prioritise improving visual display of merchandise, or maintaining performance by keeping your refrigeration components away from dirt, dust and grime.
- Evaluate how much space and features you will need based on your merchandising strategy, product types, sales turnover and inventory storage needs. Wellkart provides a complete range of commercial refrigeration equipment of varying sizes and configurations suited to your needs.
- Identify where to position your unit for ease of access, operations and maintenance. Always ensure you have provided sufficient clearance to allow ventilation to the compressor and condenser coils. Please ensure your refrigeration unit is not fully enclosed by cabinetry, or placed directly next to cooking equipment that may create concentrated hot zones.
- Please measure and check product and packaged dimensions before ordering to ensure sufficient clearance to fit through all doorways, corners and pathways into your premises.

Do you deliver throughout Australia?
Yes! Wellkart delivers throughout Australia via third-party courier companies. After your order has been dispatched, please allow for the estimated delivery times below:
- 2-3 business days for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan areas
- 3-5 business days for New South Wales
- 3-5 business days for Victoria
- 3-7 business days for Queensland
- 4-6 business days for South Australia
- 5-10 business days for Western Australia
Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to transport delays outside of our control.
Following dispatch of your order, you will be able to track your order via a tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

If I purchase multiple items, can you arrange for consolidated shipping fees?
Delivery costs for each product is calculated based on the equipment’s weight, volume and destination. Delivery costs can be found on each product page and entering your postcode into the delivery calculator.
If you are ordering multiple units of equipment, please Contact Us to see if any consolidated delivery fees are available from our couriers. We will dispatch all your items in one shipment so our couriers can consolidate your delivery.
Do you provide post-sale technical support?
Wellkart is committed to providing top-notch support and service throughout your equipment’s lifespan. We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory for all our products, offer quick response in-house technical support, and can also connect you with our approved panel of third-party refrigeration technicians located across Australia.
As a direct-to-market supplier of commercial refrigeration equipment, if your unit breaks down, we will have the parts you need to get it back up and running again.

What is your warranty policy?
Wellkart offers a standard one year (parts & labour) warranty period on our products.
We pride ourselves on the high standard of servicing and support we can provide our customers over the lifetime of your commercial refrigeration equipment. We do this by:
- ensuring all equipment models have been quality control tested prior to sale;
- providing nationwide coverage for warranty claims;
- maintaining a comprehensive spare parts inventory for all our products;
- offering quick response in-house technical support; and connecting you with our approved panel of third-party refrigeration technicians located across Australia.
To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, customers also have the option to purchase an additional year extended warranty (i.e. total two year parts and labour coverage) upon enquiry.
