With a 540L capacity and 3 adjustable shelves, it combines an integrated chiller cabinet underneath with an ergonomic counter height, which is ideal for commercial kitchens to help reduce strain on your neck and back during prep.
The 3 solid stainless steel swing doors feature magnetic door seals and automatic fan cut-off sensors to help reduce cold air loss when the doors are open. In addition, the self-closing doors also include 105° stay-open hinges for easier loading and restocking.
A rear-mounted compressor helps maximise internal storage space. In addition, the 360° fan-forced cooling system with 2 evaporator fans and high density insulation supports fast and even air circulation in ambient temperatures up to 43°C.
